La Cordée is a 5* luxury residence situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Chamonix. Swimming is not allowed in the lake but you can bring your fishing poles! The apartment is just 5 minutes away by car from Chamonix's town center. You can also comfortably walk to town along the river in about 15 minutes to access all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest cable car is Flégère and is just 5 minutes' drive away. You will receive a guest card when you check in. The card gives you numerous discounts, notably free bus and train between Servoz and Vallorcine, as well as reduced rates at municipal sporting and cultural attractions. Please note that there will be ongoing renovation work to one wing of La Cordée throughout the year 2109. But our wing is completely finished as well as all common areas including the pool, spa and gym.
