“The only thing that was strange was “ egg scrambled” and left for guest to use a spoon and place the quantity on a plate. There was no instructions left to say that the “scrambled egg” was cold and should be heated !!! It was gooey and tasteless....”

“The hotel had reception 24hour open. Booking says check-in only till 21.00, which was almost deal breaker for me, but after contacting the property, they said it's ok to come anytime.”
