Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Barjac, between the Gard and Ardèche regions, we offer you this pretty 150 m² Mas with swimming pool, which can accommodate families of up to 10 people. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped, independent kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a games room. Day area upstairs: - A 60 m² living room with dining room, sitting room and TV area opening onto a large, perfectly exposed terrace with a beautiful view over the Ribaute plain. - Fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs sleeping area: - Chambre 1: a double bed, two single beds on the mezzanine, a shower room (Italian shower) and WC. The house is ideally located 4 km from Barjac, in a very pleasant environment on the edge of a forest, vineyards, fields and a sheepfold. Very quiet and free of neighbors, this natural area does not yet benefit from an optimal mobile network (gray zone), which allows you to fully recharge your batteries. There is, however, internet access and a landline telephone in the house. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
