This exceptional apartment on the old port of Cannes, offers great comfort, with its 3 windows opening onto the sea, the Palais des Festivals and the yachts. You will have a spacious living and dining room, a very well equipped open kitchen, a large quiet bedroom at the back, a magnificent bathroom with shower and spa bath. The toilets are separate. There is a laundry. Air conditioning, wifi and elevator complete the picture. It's a small house with 1 apartment on each floor.

Neighbourhood information

The location, directly on the Port of Cannes, is unique. Many restaurants are at the bottom of the apartment. The Palais des Festivals and the Croisette with its beaches is a 5-minute walk away. Many shops and supermarkets are nearby. It is at the foot of Le Suquet, the historic district. In short, everything is walking distance.
