Covered by a pergola to provide shade, you will enjoy balmy summer evenings with views of the sea and the twinkling lights of Mougins. There is also an unusual, but impressive architectural feature “the pod”, perfect for an early evening cocktail or a game of cards. The kitchen is a typical French kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and a wood fired pizza oven. Double doors lead out onto the outdoor dining area. There is also a pantry with a large fridge/ freezer. On the ground floor there is a second very spacious living area with comfortable sofas and an impressive fireplace which sets the tone for relaxing. Double doors lead out onto the swimming pool. The ground floor also provides a large utility room and a games room.

The swimming pool and gardens enjoy views of the sea and the village of Mougins. Located less than 30 minutes from Nice airport. Sleeps max 10 people in 5 bedrooms.
