Welcome to Ustaritz, in the heart of the Basque Country, in a charming accommodation ideal for a stay for two. This guest house offers you high-end comfort within a main residence inhabited by your discreet but available host, who ensures your well-being. The three carefully decorated rooms are located on the first floor and feature many amenities: safe, refrigerator, coffee pods, bottle of water, local pastry, beach kit (towel, parasol), picnic kit (tableware, cooler), shampoo and shower gel. A large shared bathroom with double walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a second WC with washbasin, are at your disposal. The bathroom is located on the landing for the three rooms. A personalized dining service based on fresh, local products is offered in the evening, upon prior request (shopping and preparation available for an extra fee). Breakfast is included. Stay conditions: - Children and teenagers are not allowed, as the accommodation is not suitable for them, to ensure everyone’s comfort. - Shared swimming pool with other residents. - Inventory on arrival and departure. - Video surveillance system in common areas, image rights form to be signed upon arrival. - Daily cleaning of the sanitary facilities is provided with your agreement.
