## The space
This town house offers three levels: it is firstly composed of a staircase allowing access to the 1st level.
On the 1st floor:
• A living room with two convertible sofas, a television, wifi and storage.
• A large semi-open kitchen with a table for eating meals and all the necessary appliances: coffee maker, kettle, gas stove with combined oven and hob, combined fridge/freezer, microwave, etc.
On the 2nd floor:
• A bathroom with window, bathtub, sink and towel dryer.
• A separate toilet
• Two bedrooms 180X200cm (2 beds 90x180cm), not directly overlooked, with storage and office area.
On the 3rd floor:
• A mezzanine bedroom with storage and office
Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition when you leave.
Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, and tea towels.
## Guest access
The accommodation is available to travelers except for certain closed cupboards.

Our concierge will contact you the day before your arrival to schedule key collection
You can contact the concierge for any problem from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If upon departure, damage is reported by our concierge, we consider this to be your fault.

The calm of the neighborhood can make you forget that you are in the city center!
Parallel to Rue de l'Université, 5 minutes on foot from the Jardin des Plantes and close to the Saint Matthieu Church, you can do everything on foot: less than 100m from restaurants, basic necessities shops and shops in the city center, you will be spoiled for choice!
