The accommodation comprises Ground floor : - A bright, south-west-facing 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, dining area... - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC Half floor : - Bedroom 1: A master suite with queen-size bed (160×200), shower room and WC On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160×190) - Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside : - A lovely 500 m² enclosed, private, south-facing garden. - A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other notes : - A key box is at your disposal so that you can move in independently.
