A tram stop is located just in front of the Lieu Dit, which offers direct links to the centre of Nantes in less than 10 minutes. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi access, an "épicerie" an on-site bar and a restaurant. The rooms at Lieu Dit have been simply decorated using very colorful tones. Each one features a high end matress and an en suite bathroom, which is complete with a bath or shower. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the comfort of guest rooms. You may also choose to have an aperitif in the bar before sampling traditional cuisine in the brassiere-style restaurant. Château des ducs de Bretagne and Nantes’ famous Ile Feydeau are both less than 5 km from the property.
