Cocoonr agency offers you, this charming 80 m² house in Saint-Malo, 200 m from the beach, with Wi-Fi, can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a lovely 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 35 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, study area, opening onto a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. - An open-plan kitchen, equipped with induction hob, extractor fan, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. - shower room with shower and washbasin - separate toilet On the first floor : - bedroom with double bed (140x190), dressing room and study area. - bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and TV. - a shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. 2nd floor: - A children's bedroom in the attic with a single pull-out bed. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 35 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - cot provided free of charge. On request when you make your booking, we can provide a cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the cot.
