Charming house dating from 1894 in Avize, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne region. Renovated while keeping its vintage character. Spacious accommodation perfect for families ! (9 people in beds + baby cot available on demand with no extra cost) You will enjoy the entire Au 1894 House. It is made up of 2 apartments, connected by stairs: the "Grand Cru" on the ground floor and the "Loft" on the upper floor. Cleaning fee included in the price.

At the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the Champagne area, discover the charming village of Avize classified Grand Cru. Possibility of a shuttle to transport you everywhere (additional cost to be expected).
