Ma superficie totale est de 30 m2 avec climatiseur et se compose d'un espace de vie salon/cuisine toute équipée, le canapé convertible 2 places est considéré comme appoint, il se trouve dans cet espace, avec store occultant et volets. Vous y trouverez une table à manger pour 4 personnes, une chambre avec un lit 2 personnes neuf, une SDB attenante à cette chambre avec douche à l’italienne et un WC indépendant. La chambre et le salon/cuisine offrent une jolie perspective sur les hauteurs de Sarlat. La piscine est à quelques pas de la Bergerie. Si elle se situe à côté de notre propriété et de notre maison d’habitation, une proximité qui nous permet d’être à l’écoute et disponible pour de nos hôtes, la bergerie reste toutefois totalement indépendante et bénéficie de son terrain, de sa terrasse avec barbecue. Située à la campagne, la Bergerie offre un cadre naturel authentique.
