This modern 40m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of the building without elevator, is ideal for a stay with family or friends. It offers great services and optimal comfort.

The apartment, with its high ceilings, offers well-defined spaces, it is composed of:

- A large bedroom with a false wall fireplace equipped with a 160cm bed, a TV and a storage wardrobe.
- A living room, with character thanks to its false wall fireplace and stone walls.
The main room is made up of a kitchen area and a very bright living area and equips:
- a 140cm convertible sofa with spring mattress and storage for cushions
- a TV with fiber wifi access
- a desk with its adapted chair
The open kitchen is fully equipped:

RETURN: For any return, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival. Beyond these 24 hours, we consider that there is nothing to report.
If on your departure, a damage is reported by our concierge, we consider it to be your fault.

The esplanade, the Corum and the Le Polygone shopping centre are 15 a 20 minutes walk away.
The apartment is in a great location, you can do everything on foot!
