This small water mill is nestled on the banks of the Seulles, offering an idyllic setting for a memorable getaway. The cottage, carefully designed on three levels, offers you a warm and comfortable space. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, a relaxation lounge awaits you, decorated with a fireplace which will create a cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings. Finally, the mezzanine bedroom will welcome you with cozy comfort for peaceful nights. You will also be enchanted by the magnificent exterior setting of the property. A terrace with garden furniture will allow you to relax while admiring the surrounding nature, and a barbecue will be at your disposal for convivial outdoor meals. You can also enjoy a private island bordered by the river, offering a unique and romantic experience.
