Ohlungen is a quiet, authentic, rural village in the heart of Northern Alsace nestled in the valley between the Rhine River and Black Forest to the east and the Vosges Mountains to the west. 
This traditional and charming community of 1000 inhabitants welcomes tourists and business travellers alike. With easy access to major routes, local amenities and open countryside and woodlands, you can feel at home here as you explore this beautiful natural area by car, bike or on foot.
The historic market town of Haguenau is just 10 minutes by car. Strasbourg, the regional capital, is 30 km to the south and is rich in heritage, culture and tradition. The thermal spa town of Baden-Baden is also well worth a visit and is only 45 minutes to the east.
From here, you can discover picturesque Alsatian villages, exquisitely preserved walled towns, magnificent medieval castles or one of many breath-taking nature trails. The area is brimming with cafes, restaurants, vineyards and festivals where you can savour the many gastronomic delights all year round.
