Charmant T2 coloré de 25 m² dans le quartier touristique des Quilles, vous apprécierez l'ambiance "petite Venise" et la proximité des plages (200m), l'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé, en partie rénové récemment. La petite loggia vous permettra de manger et de prendre l'apéritif au frais tout en ayant une vue sympa sur le canal et ses bateaux...Un appartement idéal pour qui aime vivre ses vacances en extérieur tout en ayant un lieu calme où reprendre des forces :) L'appartement est situé au 1er étage d'une résidence sécurisé et bien entretenue, de plus le parking est fermé et vous pourrez vous y garer gratuitement.Vous serez au coeur du quartier des plages, tout en ayant la possibilité d'aller au centre-ville très rapidement grâce au bus (en 10mn) ou en empruntant la balade le long de la mer (30mn). L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien entretenu et propre, vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire, machine à laver, plaque induction, four, micro-ondes, frigo, congélateur, fer à repasser, aspirateur, étendoir, cafetière, théière...Vous pourrez bénéficier du linge de maison en supplément.
Les voyageurs peuvent me contacter durant tout le séjour pour n'importe quels demande ou besoin d'information les voyageurs qui sont fan du feuilleton de "demain nous appartient "me le faire savoir des leur réservation
Vous trouverez restaurants, supérette, boulangerie, bar tabac, coiffeur, pizzeria, sandwicherie, pressing à proximité immédiate. Vous trouverez également des activités pour enfants (jeux gonflables) et une base nautique (location bateau, jet ski, planche à voile, vélo etc..) ainsi que les plages bien sûr, à 200 m/300 m. A peine un peu plus loin vous trouverez les paillotes de plages, glacier, la piste cyclable du bord de mer - le Lido (12km de plage & piste cyclable). Pharmacie, médecin, kiné, casino sont à environ 500m.
