One balcony with a view oriented south and 2 balconies oriented north. - The living is equipped with an angled sofa, fireplace, TV, DVD player and a dinner corner for 12 persons. - A closed kitchen fully equipped for 12 persons with vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, classic coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. - 3 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds (twin), 1 room with 2 single beds and a small room with bunk beds. Equipped with duvets. - 3 shower rooms (of which 2 connected to the rooms); 1 bathroom and 2 separated toilets - Elements of comfort : Vacuum cleaner - WiFi - Fireplace - Safe - Ski locker in the apartment - Bed linen + towels + final cleaning are included in the price (except short stay between 2 and 4 days). The residence Sélaou is in the down part of Val Thorens. This area is much appreciated being quiet and about 50 meters from the slopes, shops and restaurants. And the commercial/sports center is only a few steps away. The following services are included in the price: - Bed linen and towels and the bed are made upon arrival - Cleaning kit ( sponge, tablet for dishwasher, toilet paper roll, dustbin bag) - Some wood for lighting the first fire - Final cleaning is included Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Wood (6/7 logs) : 15 euros.
