It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom on the ground floor and a lovely sleeping and relaxation area upstairs, with single beds and a sleeping area with a bed for 2. The accommodation comprises First floor -20 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area -A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, raclette grill and fondue, toaster, dishwasher, hob... -Bedroom with double bed -Bathroom with shower -Separate WC First floor -A sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds -A study area Additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bath, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior - A 20 m² terrace facing south-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - A lovely 300 m² private enclosed garden surrounding the chalet - In summer, a shaded terrace under large pine trees is available. Communal area -A shared, heated indoor swimming pool, open from April to September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change by the residence) Other notes -The chalet is located on high ground, and access may be difficult with heavy loads -Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). Please contact us to reserve linen as soon as your booking is confirmed. -The staircase in the chalet is quite steep, and a safety barrier is installed at the top of the staircase -Pets are not allowed in the accommodation -Non-smoking accommodation -A parent is responsible for children's swimming.
