Modern luxury flat with CCTV (for the peace and quiet of the small co-ownership and compliance with the rules) on the banks of the Arve River in its green and peaceful setting. Its warm, designer décor, comfort and large balcony will provide you with complete relaxation. Sleeps 4 people, 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a sofa bed with mattress. Ideally located near the town centre (10 mins), the train station, cinema, cafés, restaurants and the A40 motorway exit 4 km away. A private parking space is available. It has a separate entrance with a key box (instructions will be sent by email the day before your arrival upon receipt of a photo of your identity cards via the secure BOOKING messaging service).
