Welcome to our beautiful house in Laures near to Monflanquin (8km) Villareal (12km) and within easy reach of the stunning Dordogne region. Bergerac airport is 40 minutes drive. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. There is a private outdoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! A beautiful abri looking out over the pool and the surrounding countryside, great for outdoor eating and relaxing. This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay in the colder months Staying here also allows you access to the open garden. Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! Well behaved pets only!!! As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a double bed. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk (sleeps 2) bed. Travel Cot and/or high chair on request There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet, bidet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet, bidet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
