In this character building dating back to 1894, our cozy apartment is the ideal accommodation for a lovely stay in the heart of the beautiful Côte des Blancs in Champagne for a couple or family! It has a large living room including a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area; a bathroom with a large walk-in shower; and 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and high-quality mattresses. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a heating pump with gentle heat radiators. Cleaning fee is included in the price. Located at the heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyard, the charming village of Avize is classified "Grand Cru" for the quality of its soil and is home to many winegrowers and champagne houses which you can visit near the accommodation. Parking, bakery and other shops nearby.

We are a local family specialized in wine tourism. We provide personalized tours of the vineyards and villages of Champagne in vintage French vehicles (Estafette, Renault 4L et Citroën 2CV). You can rent electrically-assisted bikes from us. We are truly passionate about the Champagne region and its eponymous drink. We offer to make you discover the vineyards in unique ways. All aboard for an immersion into the fascinating world of creating champagne, from the vine to the glass! We are very welcoming and will do our best to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Cheers to Champagne!!

Avize is a village typical of the Champagne region, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs area, famous for its Chardonnay grapes that make Blanc de blancs champagne. Our lovely rental accommodation is right at the centre of the village, just 100 meters away from the vineyards, and near many winemakers and local shops. Discover our local culture, history, gastronomy, and of course champagnes in this village and the ones nearby. Landmarks close to the accommodation : the landscaped park of Vix, the Desbordes Castle, the Saint-Nicolas Church.
