Welcome to ATELIER 347, a “tiny house” designed by Pascale and Jacky to host guests from all over the world, in the best possible conditions. It is a place to relax, reboost yourself, and explore Savoie, a region full of character, rich in natural and cultural heritage. ATELIER 347 is a 32m² independent studio with a cozy, modern, and fully equipped style, featuring a large, tree-lined terrace. Nestled next to the impressive Château des Comtes de Challes, it offers a unique view of the Chartreuse mountains. The accommodation includes: • A bedroom with a 140x200 bed featuring a firm mattress, a chest of drawers, a clothing rack, and 2 bedside tables. • A living area with a sofa (not convertible) and 2 poufs. • A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with 2 bar stools. • A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. • All cleaning products, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo are provided free of charge. At your disposal: • A 32m² studio • A tree-lined terrace • A dedicated parking space

Welcome to ATELIER 347 ! We will be delighted to welcome you to this little paradise so that you can fully enjoy your stay in Savoie. Depending on your interests and desires, we can suggest ideas for outings, restaurants, and various activities. There are numerous options for outdoor sports such as mountain biking, road cycling, hiking, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc... with a wide choice of routes tailored to your available time and skill level. It is also possible to book "a first flight" experience with a gliding instructor… with prior reservation and subject to weather conditions. We will be thrilled to welcoming you soon ! ATELIER 347 is located in a quiet residential area on the heights of the small spa town of Challes-les-Eaux, about 15 minutes from the center of Chambéry. In Challes itself (a 10-minute walk): Local shops, pharmacy, restaurants/bars, a local market (on Fridays), cinema, casino, medical center, banks. A shopping area is just a 10-minute drive away. More than 80 km of cycling paths are available in the Chambéry area. A bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, providing access to the center of Chambéry.
