Located in a stone building renovated in 2023, this charming 33 m' T2 on garden level is ideal for a stay as a couple, solo or young family (couple+1 child) The accommodation ✨ Comfortable & modern interior: Bright living room with motorized reclining sofa, TV with Chromecast, WIFI fiber Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, airfryer, dishwasher, Senseo, etc. Cosy bedroom with 140x190 bed, bedding supplied (not ironed) Bathroom: Italian shower, washing machine/dryer, hairdryer Children's cot (90x160) on request Motorized shutters + blackout blinds for your comfort 🌿 Private outdoor area: Garden with furniture for lunch or relaxing in the sun (2pm-7pm in summer) Covered private parking space 🎁 On arrival: Some essentials provided: coffee, sponge, oil, salt/pepper, toilet paper, etc. (in small quantities!)
