Building is new. Opened January 2021. It has balcony towards downtown Jyväskylä and Lutakko square. This flat is on 2nd floor.
We are a sporting family which is involved in triathlon and swimming.
Flat is situated next to Jyväskylä harbour. In harbour you can go for a cruise or hire jetski. Also cafe and bar is available. Harbour in Jyväskylä is also very active at summertime people are having picnic at evenings there. Rally Finland headquarters are situated just under balcony at Lutakko square. Also you can see mainstage of music festivals held in Lutakko square from balcony. From beginning of February -25 there is a car park available for visitors.
