Upon check-in, guests are required to present the same credit card used to make the reservation. Otherwise, they will be required to pay for the stay with a new card that they can physically present and can prove, through physical identification, that it belongs to them.
A damage deposit of € 150 will be required on arrival. This will be made by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been checked.
Bookings of more than 5 rooms may be subject to different conditions and additional supplements.
Reservations for more than 11 persons are subject to different conditions and may incur additional charges.
Transfer: The hotel does not provide a free shuttle service. The hotel works with a reputable company to provide a quality private transfer service to and from major transport hubs. Guests are welcome to hire this service if they wish.
Pets: The hotel is Pet Friendly. The rate is 20€ per pet, per week. Pet extras and amenities are not included.
