Upstairs is a double bedroom and a private front terrace with distant mountain views. There are also 2 twin bedrooms sharing a longer, rear-facing terrace with pool views. These 3 bedrooms share a separate bathroom. The patio doors from both the living area and the kitchen open onto the pool terrace. The private heated swimming pool has roman steps and an artificial grass area for sunbathing. The outdoor dining area is next to the brick barbecue on one side of the pool. The table and chairs are protected from the sun by a unique pergola with boards. There is also a table tennis table and a pool table for free use.
