This wonderful spacious apartment is located in resort Los Jardines de las Golandrinas. This is a very sought-after beach complex and located directly next to the famous Nikki Beach club and the 5-star Don Carlos Hotel. The complex is connected to the sandy beaches of Elviria and within walking distance to all the amenities such as restaurants, shops and bars. The apartments in the complex are rated by its quests as one of the best locations in Marbella with the best price/quality ratios. The main pool in the complex is open all day (except November - March) and has its own bar/restaurant operated by the most friendly staff. It serves excellent local and international dishes. All year-round sporting and leisure facilities are also within walking distance including Santa Maria golf, tennis courts, water sports and an Tree-top adventure park for young and old. The apartment is with its 114m2 spacious and in 2020 comletely renovated and upgraded.
