The area is central to urbanizations within the municipality of Rincón de la Victoria. One step away from everything. There is a children's playground in the vicinity "Las Viñas", supermarkets, pharmacy and easy access by the Mediterranean highway, exit 973 towards Calle Limonero, or Avenida Mediterráneo and Calle Limonero. The apartment adjoins a school and there is usually a little more traffic at the entrance-exit times (8 and 15 pm), even so it is a quiet neighborhood. It is distinguished by the coastal area of caves (for walks or bike rides), La Cueva del Tesoro is nearby. The Cueva del Tesoro or Cueva del Higuerón is one of the only three known caves of underwater origin in the world and the only one in Europe.
