Property information

Top floor, refurbished, corner apartment with sea views and parking. This apartment is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for a long stay! There is a large walk-in shower in the bathroom as well as double sinks. There is a comfortable leather sofa with reclinable end seats. Free wifi included. The apartment also has a parking space and is very central. Sun all afternoon on the balcony and beautiful views. The pool is heated in the winter months.

Neighbourhood information

Puerto Rico is a resort in the South of the island with an amazing climate all year round. There are various shopping malls with a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops. There is something for everyone in Puerto Rico! There is an "Angry Birds" theme park for the younger ones, a golf course in the next valley at Tauro, and on the beach there is a huge range of watersports as well as diving and dolphin excursions from the harbour. The apartment is very central and you can walk to everything from there. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins to the shops and the nearest commercial centre. There is also a parking space for those you wish to hire a car (there are car hire shops close by too) and the main bus stop is a 10 minute walk where you can get connections to all the nearby towns and resorts.
