Modern and cozy apartment with a spacious and bright design. It has a living room, dining room and integrated kitchen as well as a large balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy a pleasant breakfast or light meal while enjoying its wide and sunny views. The apartment has two bedrooms with 150 cm beds and two full bathrooms, one of them integrated in the main bedroom. Located in the historic center of the city, it is just 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the main monuments. Fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware for a pleasant stay, also have a washing machine and iron. Both the bedrooms and the living room have individual air conditioning. If you come by car, there are numerous public garages in its immediate surroundings and if you arrive in the city by train, it is only a 15-minute walk from the train station (AVE).
Couple in love with the city of Granada. Great connoisseurs of its monuments, spaces and activities, as well as its crafts and gastronomy. They can suggest walks, recommend visits and places for leisure.
The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, very close to the main moments and in an environment with a great university atmosphere. The views of the apartment are dominated by the imposing Renaissance dome of the church of Santos Justo y Pastor in one of the most beautiful squares in the city, Plaza de la Universidad. A few minutes' walk away are emblematic places such as Plaza de Bib-Rambla, the Cathedral or Gran Vía, the artery that divides the Christian city from the popular Albaicín neighborhood, a must-see for any traveller.
