Moli37 (Tourist Registration Number ETV/9707) is a stunning holiday home in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, centrally located in Palma de Mallorca with breathtaking views of the port. The house features a beautiful rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the island’s sunny climate and views of the Bay of Palma. Please note, it is situated in a lively nightlife district. The property has three floors: Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and osmosis-treated water, laundry area, and toilet. Second floor: Bedroom with a balcony and shower room. Top floor: Rooftop terrace with panoramic views. Renovated in January 2023, the house is well-equipped for comfort, including two air conditioning units (hot/cold). Important: In 2025, construction along the promenade may cause occasional noise. Santa Catalina Neighborhood: Known for its lively atmosphere, Santa Catalina offers markets, excellent dining, colorful streets, and vibrant nightlife. It’s the perfect place to explore Palma’s charm. Rules: - No smoking inside (allowed only on the terrace; penalties apply). - Keep the property clean and tidy. - No excessive noise, loud music, or parties. Violations may result in eviction without a refund, and the deposit will be withheld.
