    Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich einmalig. Morgens aufwachen und direkt einen Blick auf den Hafen zu haben ist wirklich sehr, sehr schön. Alles in Palma ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Moli37 (Tourist Registration Number ETV/9707) is a stunning holiday home in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, centrally located in Palma de Mallorca with breathtaking views of the port. The house features a beautiful rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the island’s sunny climate and views of the Bay of Palma. Please note, it is situated in a lively nightlife district. The property has three floors: Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and osmosis-treated water, laundry area, and toilet. Second floor: Bedroom with a balcony and shower room. Top floor: Rooftop terrace with panoramic views. Renovated in January 2023, the house is well-equipped for comfort, including two air conditioning units (hot/cold). Important: In 2025, construction along the promenade may cause occasional noise. Santa Catalina Neighborhood: Known for its lively atmosphere, Santa Catalina offers markets, excellent dining, colorful streets, and vibrant nightlife. It’s the perfect place to explore Palma’s charm. Rules: - No smoking inside (allowed only on the terrace; penalties apply). - Keep the property clean and tidy. - No excessive noise, loud music, or parties.
