Le Studio, is a small space of 35m2 in the center of Vigo, in García Barbón, one of the most famous and well known streets of Vigo. It is located 5 minutes walk from Guixar train station and 10 minutes from the train station and bus station Urzaiz-Vialia (until they do not finish HALO, which would be 3 minutes). A 10 minute walk from the Ferry to the Cies and the Old Town of Vigo. Ideal for touring the city, in a very quiet area, exterior with lots of light and overlooking a private street. Building completely renovated inside and outside. It has ramps for people with reduced mobility and 3 elevators. Le Studio has: - Smart TV 4K 55 Inch UHD Smart TV with a free Netflix account to be used by guests. - Free 300MB symmetrical Wifi. - L'or Barista capsule coffee maker with 5 different types of capsules included for guests to enjoy. - Kettle, Juicer, Toaster, Pans, cutlery...etc. - Oil, Vinegar, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Spices...etc. - Washer-dryer of last generation LG. - Iron, ironing board, folding wall clothesline. - Bed with viscoelastic mattress 135x190. - Hair dryer and hair iron. - 1 bath towel and 1 high quality hand towel of 500 grams for each guest. - Round cotton swabs and ear buds. - Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. And above all a clean and relaxing space. Le Studio has central heating in the winter months, which is automatically activated from 17:30 to 23:00. If you travel by car, there are free parking spaces in front of the apartment, all along the straight. There is also all the blue zone, which is paid from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays the blue zone is free. At 100 meters from the apartment and in the surroundings there are private parking, the closest is the Bingo parking, which is 24H. VUT-PO-009078
