Luxury and comfort in front of the ocean! Spacious semi-detached villa with private pool and A/C in a quiet residential area, only a few minutes' drive from the centre of El Medano. Its terrace offers a dining area under a pergola, BBQ and a Jacuzzi and its already mentioned heated pool with sun loungers. This very special property consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, dressing room and a work area, and 2 triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed for one person. The large and bright living room with high ceilings also features a dining area, a comfortable sofa and a TV with international channels. The modern and spacious kitchen is fully equipped, incl. washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, water filter system and ice machine. Due to the proximity of the property to a fine sandy beach, it is possible that, depending on weather, sand and wind could cause discomfort on the terrace. Wi-Fi with 19 Mbps speed, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included. WE ADVISE OUR GUESTS THAT THE PROXIMITY OF THE TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT COULD OCCASIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE FROM AIR TRAFFIC. We inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE POOL OR/AND JACUZZI MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
