Fantastic ground floor apartment located in the residential area of Bellresguard, only 200 m from the beach and the "Pine-walk" in Puerto de Pollensa and a 10 minute walk to the centre. You have access to a covered terrace and two private garden areas. The community offers a large pool with several sunbathing areas as well as extensive landscaped gardens. You can use the swimming pool but then sunbathe and relax in your private garden metres away from the water! Check in and out between 1st of July and 30th of August is on Saturdays. The apartment is cleaned and desinfected profesionally. The apartment sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and has a light and spacious living area with access to two private gardens on each side. The property has the main access via the main gated area but also via its owned private access through the south facing garden. The kitchen is well equipped with separate utility area where you will find the washing machine, a sink for hand washing and storage area. There is air conditioning/heating system in all rooms. Bellresguard is an exclusive complex of villas and apartments with their own pools, ponds, and mature landscaped gardens.
Located in Puerto de Pollensa, Islas Baleares, Spain. Northern Mallorca is delightfully unspoiled, with spectacular scenery and sheltered sandy beaches. Puerto Pollensa (Port de Pollenca) is the best resort in the area, retaining its charm whilst offering excellent facilities. Puerto Pollensa is the ideal family holiday resort. Puerto Pollensa has everything you need for a cycling tour and has become the training ground of choice of a few of the world's elite cycling teams. One of the main draws, Mallorca boasts 300 days of sunshine a year with a short rainy season limited mostly to November and December.
