Hi there. My name is Chris and I have the privilege of managing this beautiful apartment on behalf of our family. I have been living in this part of the world since early 2012 having moved here from the UK with my wife when the opportunity arose for me to mange this and another family owned property we have in this area of the Costa Del Sol. Starting with just these two properties, I now manage over 60 successful properties from Torremolinos - Benahavis. The team we have put together to help run these holiday rental properties is the heart beat of our company and although we are only small each and every one of us is dedicated to making sure all of our guests have the best holiday experience possible. Property information

Apt. 213 Greenlife Village was once used by myself and my family for vacations of our own. So I can say from first-hand experience what a great holiday rental property this is. For us it gave the perfect combination between somewhere secluded and private with a very relaxing atmosphere but at the same time allowing easy access to the likes of Marbella & Puerto Banus and all the bars, restaurants and things to do that these places offer. This accompanied by the close proximity of the wonderful beaches and golf courses in this area of the coast meant that whenever we holidayed here it was always a fantastic experience. We trust that if you chose this apt as your holiday rental then you will find a similar experience.

Neighbourhood information

Torre Real is one of the most prestigious developments in Marbella, combining the peace and quiet of its almost rural location with a close proximity to Marbella and its multitude of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The Torre Real name means “Royal Tower”, which comes from the medieval stone beacon tower at the entrance to the development. These were positioned every few kilometres up the coast and were used to warn the inhabitants of danger. The development is also sometimes referred to as “Rio Real” meaning Royal River which is the name of the river/stream running to the left of the apartments as you look out over the gold course. You are within walking distance of the golf course and its hotel, where you can also book to the tennis courts found just in front of the apartments! The nearest supermarket cafés and restaurants are a short drive away back in the direction of Malaga along the main road. You need to take the “El Rosario” exit and go to the landward side of the main road. Alternatively, the major shopping mall named “La Cañada” can be found in the opposite direction
