Property information

The layout is very open plan with the kitchen living room and terrace all on one floor with a high ceiling in the living area as well as two terraces to enjoy with one offering all day sunshine and the other shade with both views to the ocean surrounding mountains and golf course, there are three good sized bedrooms with the possibility to make the beds single if needed. The internet is highspeed with fast wifi and you have built in apps such as YouTube and Netflix. with only a few minutes walk to the heated community pool, the spar supermarket and grill restaurant and bar all onsite makes this a Wonderfull place to enjoy great holidays.

Neighbourhood information

Its a wonderful place with the championship golf course, pitch and putt course a well as a driving range , you also have hiking trails a local beach and plenty of good restaurants to enjoy, puerto Rico with its new Mogan malli only 5 minute by taxi as well as Puerto Mogan only 10 minutes.
