The penthouse is a modern apartment with 2 full size bedrooms, an spacious living room and an amazing terrace with views to the mediterranean sea and the Altea's old tow. The apartment includes all modern services as elevator and car parking area being centrally located in Altea, very close to the main comercial streets and the sea front promenade and restaurants. The private parking, high speed internet, satellite TV, electricity and other apartment services are included in the rental.
I am pleased to offer this property to Altea visitors, this penthouse is a very special place for us where we have spend our holidays here these last years bringing us very good times. As we can not spend all the time in Altea, we offer the place for visitors, so, they can also enjoy Altea as we do. I go to Altea as many as possible, and I am very accessible by phone and email, if assistance is required my family lives in the same Altea area so you will always have some local support.
This apartment has an excellent location, next to the beach and the old town. Supermarket and Altea's market are in 200 meters. Shops are located on the same street, as well as the Ayuntamiento de Altea. The front sea promenade and the beach also is at few meters from the apartment, where lot of restaurants are located being perfect for long walks along the sea side. Guests can use tram to go to Benidorm, Alicante, Calpe, Denia. The station is located not far from the apartment (in 5 minute). Bus stop is at 1 minute from the apartment with services to Benidorm, Calpe and Alicante including the airport.
