Instead of a hotel it is more of a great house where we want our clients to feel at home, everyone is welcome and we thank to thank very much for choosing us to spend your holidays with us, we will do everything possible to make them really special!

There are 63 rooms and 55 apartments, most with stunning sea views. The hotel also has private paid parking and a swimming pool overlooking the sea with a terrace and restaurant from which to contemplate the sunset while having an aperitif. Just 400 meters from Figueretas beach and 15 minutes walk from the city center and the port of Ibiza.

Please note that Hotel Cenit & Apts. Sol y Viento is located in an ACIRE zone (Area of Restricted Circulation). Cars with parking spaces booked at the hotel are authorised.

The property also has limited parking spaces in the area around the hotel available only on request directly at the reception by communicating the vehicle registration number.

All other cars have limited access to 2 hours on the premises. Motorbikes are allowed but if they are not parked in the motorbike parking area they may be fined.
