Spacious new house with private pool and patio in the center of Palamós. Ideal for family tourism. Exclusive availability of all spaces. Ground floor house of 100m2, patio and private pool 50m2 with: - 2 double bedrooms - 1 triple room - 2 toilets with shower - Kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine - Large living room * IT IS TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS OF ALL KINDS, AS WELL AS THE EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. VERY QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA. THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORS MUST BE STRICTLY RESPECTED FROM 00:00 AND AT ALL TIMES THE CIVILIZATION RULES. The owner has the right to request a deposit of 200E which will be returned on departure after checking the condition of the house and compliance with the rules. RESERVED THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE RESERVE IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE * Tourist tax NOT included * Sheets and blankets included.
