Exclusive and private availability of all spaces. - 2 spacious double bedrooms with wardrobe (with option for extra bed) - 2 bathrooms - 1 kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwashing, microwave and washing machine. - 1 living / dining room (exit to the garden) - Private pool. TOTALLY FORBIDDEN TO HAVE PARTIES AND CELEBRATIONS OF ALL KINDS, AS WELL AS THE EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. VERY QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA. THE REST OF THE NEIGHBORS MUST BE STRICTLY RESPECTED FROM 23:00 AND AT ALL TIMES THE CIVILIZATION RULES. The owner reserves the right to request a deposit of 200E which will be returned on departure after checking the condition of the house and compliance with the rules.
