One of the few two bedroom villas on Ibiza - this well situated place is surrounded by almond and carob trees as well as open countryside and hills. It makes for a quiet oasis with touches of rustic, rural charm and many mod cons. This villa has 2 double bedrooms complete with air-con and a shared bathroom. There's a generously sized living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with bar for sharing the cooking experience. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and the music system is very much appreciated by guests. Stepping out there is a pretty covered patio with a barbecue for al fresco dining. There is a large pool with sun loungers and plenty of space. This villa is popular with couples and small families with older children (the pool is not fenced). Within a ten-minute drive you can reach the famous beaches of Cala Jondal or Las Salinas and the long sandy strip of Playa d'en Bossa. Ibiza Town with its attractive port and nightlife is easily reached by car and taxi and the airport is really close too. There is a bakery within walking distance and San Jorge (Sant Jordi) is the nearest village with restaurants, banks, supermarkets and the weekly second hand market.

Welcome home! We have been hiring the villa since it was built. My family and myself consider it a great experience as we are willing to have guests every summer. We are the ones taking care of the villa and our main goal is to make our guests feel as if they were at home.

It is a quiet and nice area where some families live during the whole year. Sant Jordi is the closest village with banks, restaurants and supermarkets. ibiza town is very close too and it can be reached by car within a ten-minute drive.
