I rent out one flat in Spain it is on the 1st floor with a elevator you can use. The flat is fully furnished with two bedrooms internet and TV, coffee machines and kettle, hob, oven ,dishwasher & washing machines. 20 minutes to the Airport by taxi and close to the beach about 7 minutes walk and 2 minutes walk to Bonanza square. Keys are usually given by Tim with a meet and greet at the apartment. If you live in the UK I can post them in some cases if you have an unusual time that Tim can’t manage to meet you this can only be done on certain occasions. The pool opens 1st June till 1st October every year. This year2024/25 the area of Benalmadena is getting a make over with new pavements and roads it does cause a little inconvenience at times but this is due to local government and is out of my control, hopefully it won’t spoil anyone’s holiday 🥰

We have 4 children between us, and life is busy, we do try to get over to Spain as often as we can. Tranquil block of flats with a pool but a short walk to family-friendly pubs and restaurants only a few minutes walk to Bonaza Square short walk to the Beach and Parque de la Paloma Private car park, the taxi rank is close by and near the train station, and bus stops, it is 20 minutes from the airport in a taxi
