I am an open and friendly boy who will try to help you as much as possible during your stay in my apartment and in my city. I love my city and I will love to show you all the good and beautiful it has for you to enjoy.

Property information

Very complete and very central apartment. Modern design, with great taste and current. A very cute and comfortable place. It is a very cute apartment. Small but modern in design. And with details. Breakfast as a present or gift: Which includes a carton of milk, per night, nespresso coffee capsules per day and per person staying, envelopes of cocoa powder, envelopes of sugar and tea, 1 sobao per person, and 1 envelope of cookies also per person. By way of personal attention, not included in the price and free for the stay. On Avenida de Col�n street, near the town hall, and 10 minutes from La Ribera park, the largest in the city. And less than 10 minutes walk quietly from the tapas areas and the old town. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Very well connected, pedestrian and commercial area.

Neighbourhood information

Very central area. Pedestrian and commercial streets just after leaving. Near the train station. Less than 10 minutes walk from La Calle Laurel and San Juan tapas area. The old town in less than 5 minutes. A city bus stop right after leaving. Very close to the Lobete Sports Complex: Pavilion with an ice rink, the only one in La Rioja, indoor pool, and basketball court, one step away from everything. An ideal area.
