Interior amenities you’ll love: - 3 bedrooms each with en-suites for perfect comfort and privacy. - Living area opens directly to pool and lagoon with abundant sunlight and airy ambiance. - Ultra modern open kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and needed cookware. - Private terrace overlooking lagoon to enjoy the scenery. - Nubian dome with magnificent chandelier. - Dining table for 6 styled as a poker table for game boards and gatherings. - Guest toilettes.
IMPORTANT NOTICE (please read this before booking) To facilitate your entry into El Gouna, we kindly request copies of your IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports upon booking. Please note, that entry is subject to approval by El Gouna town. If disapproved, a full refund will be issued. Please send documents promptly upon booking to avoid late notice disapproval and delays. For bookings within 48 hours, kindly contact us before you book. Construction work is currently taking place on the other side of the lagoon (expected to finish by end of March). The lagoon is wide enough to still maintain your privacy. Once completed, the water scenery in front of the house will be unmatched. El Gouna management has strict rules related to noise levels to ensure tranquility. Excessive noise and music are not allowed after 10:00 pm and may be subject to a fine if reported by neighbors. Swimming pool cleaning and garden maintenance happen early in the morning. There is a private car parked on premises. Additional space for at least 2 cars available.
