The apt modern has all new furnisher and electric appliances all you need. New Administracion excellent service! 2 Air conditioners and 2Televisions in the livingroom and the master bedrooms. We have Queen sized bed in the master bedroom, and two twin bed and one full bed in the third bedroom. There is a power inverter in the rare case that power goes out. We also have a water heater for each bathroom, which is turned on through a switch. The bathrooms is fully equipped with towels and bedsheets if needed as by the client. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, all the kitchen utencils including dining utencils, cups, pots, pans, microwaves and a coffee machine. You can enjoy your meals on the 6 seat dinning table. You can feel free to use all spaces inside the apt, nice and comfortable and very clean and space with easy access inside of the residential.

Our Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The area has security via guards and has a remote control, which is given to the clients, to open the gate that leads to the residential area. Our apartments have views into our gorgeous gardens and pools. Your surounded by pal trees everywhere from the momento you step out of the apartment. walking to the first floor you will find the pool and launch areas very comfortable for you and your guests. once you step out of the complex, your in one of the main rounds called the Jacobo Majluta avenue, where you will find a list of restaurants bailables, bars and stores, Comercial Center or Comercial Plaza. You can find supermarkets all around the residence. transportation is easy to find. all you have to do is walk one block to the Jacobo Majluta Avenue and you can hop on mini buses and taxis. then a 2 minute ride to the train station and the zip car or Cable way that will take you all over the city for less then a dollar.
