This newly remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath villa with 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on ground floor is ready to welcome guests as at end of October 2022. The villa is located in an upmarket neighborhood in close proximity to the capital city, Roseau. In fact, it is just a 20 minute walk away.
Guests are hosted by staff of Caribbean Paradise Realty with over 15 years experience in the vacation rental business.
St. Aroment is a quiet upper middle-income neighborhood within a 5 minute drive of the capital city, Roseau. For those who enjoy walking, it is a 20-minute walk away.
