Personally furnished cottage located on a large lawn in scenic, quiet surroundings by Slettestrand. The house was built in 1969, modernized in 1990 and contains a living room / kitchen in open connection, three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating and sauna. The decor is personal in the familiar, slightly rustic, Danish cottage style with dining area by the kitchen and living area with sofa arrangement. There is a terrace to the east, south and west, where it is easy to find a good corner for sunbathing and evening fun around the grill. Shelter is also there, as part of the terrace is sheltered from the westerly wind. The plot is a flat lawn surrounded by planting. Here there are good opportunities for ball games or other play with the children and there are both sandbox and swings as well as football goals. With approx. 500 m to the beach at Slettestrand, one of the northern west coast's fine bathing beaches. In addition, the area has a scenic hinterland with large dune plantations that invite to hiking and biking, mushroom hunting, bird studies and much more. Starting and ending in Slettestrand, there is an excellent mountain bike track of 17 km. The nearest major seaside resort is Blokhus with a cozy environment with several good restaurants and cafes, opportunities for shopping, supermarkets, tourist information, golf course, mini golf, equestrian center m.m. as well as several working art workshops such as. galleries and potters.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
