This welcoming cottage exudes warmth and charm and is ideal for couples or small families. It sleeps 5 people in 2 double bedrooms (180x200 and 120 x 200) and a loft with a single bed - perfect for a quiet moment with a good book. In the living room, you can light the wood-burning stove, sit back on the sofa and enjoy each other's company in front of the TV with Chromecast - or just let the silence and the crackling of the flames calm you down. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals together: electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The bathroom is bright and practical with a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine - so you'll be comfortable throughout your stay. Outside you'll find a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunrise, long summer evenings and the fresh air on the large, peaceful natural grounds of 1101 m². The house is heated with electric heating and air/air heat pump and is located in a quiet cottage area - perfect for completely disconnecting. Smoking is not allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
