Well-located holiday apartment on two levels located in Gjellerodde with a view of the fjord and Hornsø. The ground floor is practically furnished with an open kitchen / living room. The living room has a flat screen TV and internet. The living room has direct access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom. The 1st floor has two large bedrooms overlooking the Fjord. The apartment has energy-friendly heat pump. From the terrace of the house there is a view of Lemvig golf course, and the apartment is ideal for a golf holiday. The area offers a large common area with table and bench sets, swings, sandpit and fire pit, where you, among other things. can make puff pastry and marshmallows. The apartment has a perfect location close to Lemvig Golf Course, where you can play Pay and Play, as well as close to Lemvig city with its many facilities. The fjord is quite a few hundred meters away. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
