This spacious farmhouse, originally built in 1850, offers 230 m² of beautifully restored living space on the first floor, making it an ideal location for a family or group getaway. With a total of 16 rooms, the house features 3 large, authentically decorated living rooms (including a TV with Chromecast), 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 1 playroom, which can accommodate extra guests on a sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, Kenwood mixer, and more. Two large, newly renovated bathrooms with underfloor heating and a separate toilet room complete the indoor facilities. The farmhouse is heated by an efficient air-to-water heat pump, while a 26 kWp solar panel system provides sustainable electricity. Outside, the property offers a large 2,000 m² gravel courtyard, a covered terrace with seating for 10-12 people, and a secluded terrace with a fenced fire pit and garden pond. The 4,000 m² garden includes fruit trees, berry bushes, and a greenhouse. Children will love the large trampoline, soccer goals, seesaws, and swing set. Additional amenities include bicycles, mooncars, a wilderness bath, wood-fired sauna, outdoor shower, and a 12-person wood-fired grill hut. The farm offers stunning sea views over Lillebælt at the mouth of Haderslev Fjord and is located on the Camino Haderslev Næs route, just 1 km from a child-friendly beach. Local shops, including a farm shop and wine shop in Hajstrup, are also nearby.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
